Video Conferencing Systems

In today's business climate, companies increasingly conduct transactions, meetings, etc. with each other and various organizations over long distances. While telephone calls and emails can provide a way to communicate, often companies could greatly benefit from the enhanced communication made possible through video conferencing systems.
Imagine being able to plan a meeting that involves not only your own on-site staff, but those that may be in a branch office across the country, or at the same time be able to invite an expert or perhaps a purchasing manager from one of your customer's businesses. Everyone can see and hear everyone else in real time, exchange ideas freely, and get everyone else's input immediately. Add the capability of showing a power-point report about the relevant data, again to everyone at the same time, and let all the participants hear the explanation or sales pitch together.
This is just one possible scenario ... there are many other situations in which video conferencing is quickly becoming an indispensable tool to businesses and other organizations in this age of the global community.
